While I offer a few different levels of service depending on your needs and wants, everyone starts off with a 30 minute free consultation where we figure out what you need help with and then we figure out whether we're a good fit for one another. We both get to say yes or no. If we both say yes, then we design a custom program for you

There are different combinations of one on one live time with me, sometimes small group interaction, workbooks, videos and audios. These programs take place from 1 month to 6 months. Timeframes vary based on your appetite for investment, speed and depth of immersion into the content
